1. What documents do I need?
A driving licence and a utility bill are necessary for confirming your address. Examples of acceptable utility bills include Council Tax bills, bank statements, or official letters, such as those from HMRC.

2. Does my hire come with insurance?
All of our vans come with comprehensive insurance coverage and have an excess of £1000.

3. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes! Deposit is £250 payable via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

4. What is the age requirement to hire?
Individuals aged between 21 and 75 are eligible to rent, but those aged 75 and above need insurance clearance. Young drivers, aged 21 to 23, may incur additional charges.

5. Do I need any driving experience?
Yes! For insurance purposes you need to have held a full UK licence no less than one year.

6. What if I have a driving conviction or points on my licence?
We do not decline van rentals based on most minor convictions. Please contact us to confirm.

7. Can I add an extra driver?
Yes! The cost of this is £12.50 per day. The above conditions apply.

8. Are there any limit on the mileage?
Yes! Limit on mileage only applies to business use. Private hire is unlimited mileage. It is essential to state which hire (business or private) in order to apply the appropriate insurance.

9. Can I take the van abroad?
No! Under no circumstances should our vehicle operate outside the UK.

10. Can I return the van after opening hours?
Absolutely. Please notify us well in advance to facilitate arrangements.

11. What happens if I get a speeding or parking ticket?
As the driver, you are accountable for any fines accrued during your possession of the vehicle. An administrative fee might be charged to address the ticket.

12. Do you open everyday?
Yes, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

13. Do you offer hourly hire?
Yes! Our Flexi Hire option covers a maximum hire of 3 hours; specifically for quick runs such as short trip to your local recycle yard.
